Designed by the Rostock based artist Juliane Borths
Under her brand I.DRAW.ON.BIKES she combines both passions in her work as a designer and cyclist. Julianes work can be understood as a hybrid between design object and work of art, since the artistic products can be seen in an functional context. Drawings and paintings find a wide variety of surfaces and backgrounds, ranging from bicycle parts, textiles and canvases to house walls. Environmentally-related topics determine the subjects and motifs of her designs, which often take up landscape elements and are embedded in the context of her own interests and commitments in the field of sustainability.
